How to Enjoy Eggs

Eggs are such a versatile ingredient and can be eaten by themselves, poached, boiled, scrambled or fried, or with other things, like being added into coffee or tea, made into eggy muffins and being stirred through soups. Here are my favourite ways to eat eggs, but with a little imagination, eggs can basically be added to anything and everything!


  • Mayo – I add this to just about everything I eat (including scrambled eggs)
  • Hardboiled and topped with ghee, chives and Celtic sea salt
  • Made into a sweet omelette – whisk 3 eggs with vanilla and cinnamon and cook in some butter or coconut oil. Place under the grill until cooked and puffy then top with whipped coconut cream, cinnamon and a few berries
  • Eggy Soufflés
  • Eggy Bulletproof Chai
  • BLT Salad – crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce and cherry tomatoes all mixed together and topped with mayo
  • Soft boiled and spread on a sausage which has been butterflied and crispified in coconut oil
  • Soft boiled and served with crispy bacon soldiers for dipping
  • Poached and served on top of avocado slices
  • Whisked with pumpkin puree, cinnamon and vanilla and cooked in coconut oil or ghee to make sweet, grain free pikelets.
